Do I really need to fork out 300 bucks for that little red book? Or better use that 300 bucks for other purposes? Let's say, eating? Or clubbing?

better get it man...
who knows, u need it in the future..and besides if u a s'kian and happen to resies in KL like me...you have to get back to S'wak to get your passport done....it is to much hassle and would take ages to do it in Semenanjung for S'kian, different immigration laws and stuff for s'wakian...so they said..
